Needing to simplify your M54 intake system?
This plug will allow you to completely remove the often troublesome DISA system from the manifold.
The design has been tested to over 1.5b of positive pressure and seals using a high-temperature- and oil-resistant vitton o-ring.
This plug fits the majority of intake manifolds, however - there is a rare chance that your manifold holds a smaller diameter of DISA - These blanks are 61mm diameter, please check your manifold if you’re unsure of the size on your manifold.

-CNC-machined billet aluminium
-High-temp, oil-resistant vitton o-ring
-Available with or without a MAP sensor mount (fits 3b MAP sensors from Bosch)
-Maximum 10 minutes to fit
