These baffle are designed to keep oil surrounding the oil pick-up tube at all times, so preventing oil starvation of the engine under hard cornering and acceleration loads.

This kit features a Billet Aluminum Racing Oil Filter Housing made from 6061 T6 aluminum. The two piece design allows direct replacement of factory housing and maintains alternator and power steering in their original locations.

Description
This Remote Oil Sensor Manifold is designed to facilitate the installation of Oil Pressure or Temp sensor/s.

Originally designed so that the S14 owner can send oil to this manifold, install an aftermarket gauge and still maintain the OEM "emergency oil pressure" dummy light- it had become popular as a quasi-universal item.

Popular on cars that read artificially higher oil temps at the sensor due to the location of the exhaust manifolds or other issues.

•(2) Sensor holes: 1/8 NPT + 12x1.5 Metric

This manifold is designed for easy installation with two mounting holes to sheet metal.

Notes:
•Sensors and fittings are sold separately.

Description
An excellent upgrade for those who race or have a modified / higher power engines, this is the best OE style oil pump available anywhere.

Lubrication issues are a common killer of BMW engines. The dual-pickup pump is much better than standard single pickup but this pump is a dramatic improvement over both.

This oil pump starts with an OEM housing (either supplied by you, or as a core from us at extra cost) that is expertly modified to provide higher volume and improved reliability over stock.

Effective lubrication is critical to all high performance engines, especially the high specific output S54 & S50. The S54 especially, with its narrow rod bearings is sensitive to oil starvation and bearing failure. Assuring that your engine will not fail due to a poor lubrication is crucial during all operating conditions.

This pump features two important upgrades:

1) Engineered using the Oil Pump Upgrade reinforcement kit (as featured elesewhere in this section) integrated in it's design; giving a stronger gear drive mechanism for much lower likelihood of the common pump failures on the track or hard road use.

2) Fitted with custom gear set with a larger sweep area to the pump mechanism, increasing volume by 22%.

Important Notes about this Service:
A good used or new oil pump is required for this conversion service. Therefore there are 3 options:

1 – We send you a new OEM BMW Oil Pump with the high volume converson and oil pump upgrade kit installed., and charge you extra the cost of this new core pump, in addition to the cost quoted on this page for the actual upgrade service.
2 – You send us your OEM BMW S54 or S50B32 Euro Oil Pump ahead of time and we perform the upgrade on your pump
3 – Occasionally we have a stock of good reconditioned S54 pumps that we can perform the service to, which is good if you don’t want to buy a brand new pump, please enquire.
